What is the ticket deliver process ?

The majority of our events are working with e-tickets. We start sending out the e-tickets approximately one week before the match, but it would be that you receive the tickets closer to the event. If the delivery for your specific event is different, a member of the sales team will reach out.

When is the order confirmed?

The order is confirmed when the payment is received. We can accept a deposit or payment with installments. Just reach out to a member of the sales team and we will help out.

We will not post about the tickets we do not have. All orders are final when placed and 100% guaranteed.

When you purchase packages through Elite Footy Tours, Elite Footy Tours guarantees that you will receive the tickets you paid for in time for the event. In the rare instance that a problem arises Elite Footy Tours will issue you a refund for the cost of the tickets.
